TWO:BOB

Anything with an ineffectual colon must be cool. Two:Bob snuck into my neighbourhood with attractive high ceilings, crisp white surfaces and a slick Scandinavian IKEA catalogue finish. What is assembled at this establishment is a fresh, light and sophisticated menu that reflects the interior.

I spent a good portion of my visit staring down the cakes on display – they stared back at me with a coyness that was telling me to come hither. Everything else on the menu is just as forthcoming: porridge with mango, toasted coconut and palm syrup; corn & zucchini fritters; avocado on multigrain with tomato salsa and labna; brioche french toast with grilled banana, honeycomb, salted caramel and mascarpone.

This review will lack descriptiveness I can only say hamena hamena and let my photos speak volumes, loud noises, foodgasms, high pitched giggly laughter, summer rain and lollipops, insert show tune, enter brass band.

The 3068 postcode is getting sexy.
